- "Archaeologist for a Day" Discovery Workshop (11 a.m. and 3 p.m.). This walking survey workshop offers a fun and interactive introduction to archaeological survey methods. Without digging, participants learn to interpret a site set up as a real-life workspace: observation, identifying surface clues, and collective interpretation. This activity, open to adults and children ages 8 and up, demonstrates how archaeologists detect traces of the past before excavation and how small details can reveal the history of a landscape.
- Lecture - "Archaeologists on the Move: The Blies Survey Project" by Professor Sonia Antonelli (4:30 p.m.). Free lecture / paid admission to museum areas. Presentation of the methods and results of the international collaborative research project, the Blies Survey Project, offering a fresh perspective on the history of the Blies Valley.
