Le Moulin des trois épis offers two types of artisanal flour: classic and Briochette. Both are made from wheat grown directly on the farm. A wheat with first-rate nutritional and taste qualities.

It's simple: each grain has its own unique taste, making our flours one of a kind. Semi-complete durum wheat pasta has also been awarded the MOSL Quality label. Recognized as much for their nutritional quality as for their digestive properties, they are made from durum wheat (from the farm) and water.
