Following in the footsteps of artist Sylvia Sleigh, Madeleine Roger-Lacan takes up the entire architecture of the work, but replaces the eroticized women with hypersexualized, passive men, showing how the framework of the copy can offer the possibility of interpretation, even contradiction.
