You're invited to a new activity presentation evening: the Farandole d'activités. This evening will enable you to (re)discover and try out 3 activities offered all year round by our lifeguards, through a series of short sessions.
On the program:
aquabike > the bike allows you to strengthen your muscles and work on your cardio, while enjoying the benefits of the water. aquajogging > the aim is to perform running movements while completely immersed in the water. Please note that you should be comfortable in deep water. aquagym > come and tone your whole body with exercises accessible to all.
