With *The Adventures of Hugo the Street urchin*, the Les Mineurs Wendel Museum offers a whole new way to explore. This immersive treasure hunt will allow the whole family not only to observe the mining heritage, but to become active participants in it. Kids, follow in the footsteps of Hugo, a brave young miner’s apprentice, and set out to explore the museum’s iconic sites. Parents, join them on this exploration and lend a hand to solve the puzzles along the way. From the “Hall of the Hanged” to the showers, via the lamp room, each space becomes the setting for a mission to complete. Armed with a booklet picked up at the reception desk, participants are invited to decipher messages, use their powers of observation, and join forces to advance through the adventure. Keep your eyes peeled, work together, and share ideas… every clue counts as you try to open the final treasure chest. This activity is available during the museum’s regular opening hours.
