A newcomer to the dance scene and a former student of the Paris National Opera’s dance school, Anatole Hossenlopp explores those suspended moments nestled within our daily lives with his new work, *Pas perdus*—a reference to the hall of the same name found in public buildings. Set in this transitional space, the piece features bodies caught up in the flow, from which a glance, a gesture, or a touch sometimes emerges that seems to stop time. Set to the jazz music of Keith Jarrett’s *Köln Concert*—one of the greatest pianists and improvisers in history—the performance plays on rhythmic variations between movement and stillness, tension and release. The dance unfolds these micro-moments—a breath, a brush—to reveal their emotional depth. *Pas perdus* explores our relationship with time and highlights the power of human connection. It reminds us that our humanity is most fully expressed in these fragile and essential moments.^
