After a first edition that shed light on the challenges of inclusion in the Forbach area and the coal-mining region, we hope to go a step further this year.
Through the story of Ulysse, a child with a genetic syndrome, the film sensitively explores a reality faced by many families: finding a suitable place, having one’s rights respected, receiving support without having to constantly fight for it, and, above all, being able to be fully included in society and in everyday life.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with several guests, aimed at exchanging perspectives, raising public awareness, and identifying concrete approaches and solutions to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, whether visible or invisible.
This second edition will also mark the official launch of our “Petite Boîte Ressources Autisme” (Small Autism Resource Box), in partnership with the Librairie Autonome: a selection of books on autism, disability, difference, and inclusion, designed to make resources more easily accessible to families, professionals, and those directly affected.
To give this event the visibility it deserves, we would appreciate the support of the City and metropolitan area’s departments in helping to promote it, particularly through the various municipal communication channels and platforms at your disposal.
We can, of course, send you the event poster as well as all the necessary promotional materials to facilitate this effort.

This new edition is important for our organization. The more people who come out to see this film and participate in the discussion that follows, the more we can continue to bring the issue of inclusion to the forefront and demonstrate that it is a critical challenge for our region.
