Valentin Ceccaldi and Quentin Biardeau, co-founders of the vibrant Orléans-based collective Tricollectif, have joined forces with Réunion-born singer Ann O'aro and Burkinabé percussionist and singer Marcel Balboné to take us on a journey through the turbulent waters of Lagon Nwar.
A place traversed by dark forces and blinding flashes of light, somewhere between Creole tradition, pop, and Afro-jazz. Synthesizers and a Fender bass trace its electric shores, punctuated by the sound of calabashes and feverish poetry in Creole, Bissa, French, or Mooré. The first chapter of a great story, brought to life by a quartet pulsing with all-consuming energy.
How to get there ?
