Once upon a time—today—there were three tiny maids’ rooms perched high up under the rooftops overlooking Paris. A fat man, a tall, skinny guy, and a voluptuous blonde are neighbors down the hall.
The story would be beautifully romantic if these three oddballs didn’t have a knack for messing everything up. Absolutely everything. Disasters come one after another, gags rain down, while these three clowns cling to anything that resembles love, life, or hope.
Thanks to a series of gags worthy of the Grand Guignol, objects fly through the air, bodies tumble about, and the entire floor is thrown into chaos by various fires, leaks, storms, and other wild disasters that culminate in mind-boggling mayhem. As endearing as can be, hilarious, and irresistible, our three anti-heroes amaze us just as much as they make us cry… with laughter.
