To wrap up Nuits d’encre, Puzzle invites you to a day of discoveries and encounters centered on drawing, artist’s books, and performance art. Tattoos, live art creation, screenings, and a “drawn” concert will set the tone for this final event, perfect for sharing with family or friends.
On the program:
• 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. — Explore our collections
Stroll through Puzzle to discover the activities designed by our media librarians centered on the theme of night and the visual arts.
• 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. — Flash tattoos and live demonstrations
Discover the designs created especially for the event by Pömme and This.tatt, and watch ByJack create a large piece throughout the day.
Flash tattoos are available only to adults; payment is made directly to the tattoo artists.
• From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. — Temporary tattoos with GigieBlondie
Young and old alike can choose an airbrushed design for a temporary tattoo that lasts up to five days.
• At 2:30 p.m. — Performance by Joël Leick
Watch the live creation of two monumental artist’s books.
• At 5:00 p.m. — Announcement of the Puzzle Artist’s Book Awards
Discover the works honored with the Jury Prize and the People’s Choice Award.
• At 6:30 p.m. — Illustrated Concert: Partout la nuit
The duo NÛR and visual artist Madeline Wood take you on a nocturnal journey blending music, drawing, and poetry.
Also on view in the Caverne: films created during the “One Thousand and One Nights” animation workshops.
