A live illustrated reading with illustrator Simon Roussin and actor Bruno Podalydès.
In 1894, at just 18 years old, Jack London set out along the railroad tracks of the United States and Canada. There, he discovered an America of the marginalized, a world of violence and absolute freedom.
Reissued by Gallimard and illustrated by Simon Roussin, this book invites readers to (re)discover this journey of self-discovery: the vagabonds’ code of ethics, the rejection of a routine life, and the forging of a unique identity, shaped from train to train.
Suitable for all ages, 12 and up.
