Immerse yourself in a warm, welcoming atmosphere where time seems to stand still. Led by Céline Stenger and Edwàr (Edouard Heilbronn) of the Atopie collective, *Kummsch Maije* is a musical performance that reimagines the traditional evening gatherings of yesteryear set to the rhythm of contemporary music.
On the program: traditional songs from Abbé Pinck’s collection, reimagined to resonate with contemporary audiences, and tales sure to send shivers down the spines of young and old alike, such as the story of Manfred and the White Lady of Minsthal. More than just a concert, this production is an invitation to celebrate the richness of regional languages—particularly Platt and Alsatian—in a theatrical space designed to foster interaction and participation from everyone.
