Discover faience techniques at the Museum! On the site of the Moulin de la Blies, the Musée des Techniques Faïencières takes you behind the scenes of the manufacture and decoration of the famous Sarreguemines earthenware. A collection of machines and tools allows you to reconstruct the production workshops, from the raw clay to the final firing of the object.

Audio testimonies, reconstructed workshops, a slide show and a model take the visitor to the heart of the technical process and the daily life of earthenware makers. From the preparation of the clay, to the different firings, through to the decoration, you will learn all about the techniques used in the manufacture of earthenware and the arts of the table! Don't miss the earthenware garden next to the museum.
