Operation and governance of the agency
Moselle Attractivité operates with help from the local authorities and industry stakeholders. The agency is structured around a board of directors, an executive committee with ten full members and an advisory board.
Moselle Attractivité was founded at the General Meeting of 4 November 2016.
Its creation was the result of the merger of Moselle Tourisme and Moselle Développement. Its articles of association (defined as provisional) were reviewed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of 3 July 2018, establishing a permanent board of directors and taking into account the involvement of the Grand Est region.
The agency has around 473 members from four sectors.
