This traditional, artisanal miller works only with soft wheat from local crops. In his shop, the miller sells his fresh flour, pasta made on the spot and products from other farms in the area.

The wheat has been traditionally milled with a roller mill since 1950 and for three generations.
In addition to the flour and pasta produced by the mill, the shop offers products from many producers in the region: honey, jams, Moselle wines and craft beers.
