These General Terms of Use define the rules applicable to the use of Destination Moselle Gift Boxes.

Moselle Attractivité reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice. In the event of a change, the applicable terms will be those in force on the date of purchase or use of the gift voucher or gift box.

If you still have vouchers for gift boxes purchased before July 15, 2025, please make sure to use them before the end of 2025.

What is a Destination Moselle gift box?

Destination Moselle gift boxes are tourism offers created by Moselle Attractivité to help visitors discover the department. Each box brings together a selection of Moselle-based partners around a specific experience: wellness escape, gourmet stay, unusual weekend or family activity.

The recipient freely chooses the experience that suits them from the selection included in the box. All partners have been checked by Moselle Attractivité for their local roots and quality of service.

Which gift box should you choose in Moselle?

The Destination Moselle range is built around four offers. “Évasion d’un jour en Moselle” includes activities to enjoy in a few hours or over a full day.

“Échappées gourmandes en Moselle”, in the form of a restaurant gift voucher, gives access to restaurants highlighting Moselle products.

“Escapade inattendue en Moselle” includes overnight stays for two in charming or unusual accommodation. “Parenthèse d’exception en Moselle” brings together premium experiences such as a charming overnight stay, gourmet dinner, wellness treatment or spa ritual for two.

Who can you offer a Moselle gift box to?

A Moselle gift box is suitable for many occasions: birthdays, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, retirement, birth, wedding or professional thank-you gifts.

It is ideal for couples looking for romance, families who enjoy nature activities, food lovers or groups of friends seeking an unusual day out.

How do you use a Destination Moselle gift box?

Once the box has been received, the recipient can browse the selection in the booklet or online shop, choose their preferred experience and book directly with the partner.

The gift voucher must be handed to the partner during the stay. Its validity starts from the purchase date and runs until the expiry date shown on the voucher.

Tourist tax and any services not included in the gift box must be paid directly to the partner.
