Talent Attraction and Retention Strategy in Moselle

Come, Stay, Come Back

The approach to attracting and retaining talent was launched in 2022 in partnership with our economic stakeholders, in a context of widespread labour shortages across all sectors in Moselle. It resulted in the establishment of initial guidelines centred around the triptych COME-STAY-COME BACK.
