Direct purchase from the producer in THONVILLE : Snails, Bee-related products, awarded with the Label Qualité MOSL.
The snails are cooked with fresh products: snails in shells à la bourguignonne, snails in croquille (crunchy) à la bourguignonne, short-boiled snails... And flower honey, acacia, lime, forest, bean, sunflower, summer flowers, as well as hazelnut honey or honey with mirabelle aromas.
