Direct purchase from the producer in BOULAY MOSELLE : Confectionery - Chocolate, awarded with the Label Qualité MOSL, Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant.

The recipe was finalised in 1854: a macaroon which became the emblem of the town where no reception is held without this prestigious jewel of French know-how. They are made only with fresh almonds, sugar and egg whites and are prepared by hand with a spoon. Today, macaroons are still made according to the original recipe and know-how.
