Direct purchase from the producer in NIEDERVISSE : Salt meats, awarded with the Label Bienvenue à la Ferme, Qualité MOSL.
The Niedervisse and Momerstroff farms are home to 110 Limousin dams and around 1000 pigs per year. The cuts and processing are carried out on site in the Niedervisse laboratory. Pork meat and charcuterie: dry sausages, fuseau, country terrine. Veal and heifer meat (Limousine) in boxes.
