The goal of this session is to provide participants with an experience of introspection inspired by the artist’s approach, while remaining accessible and tailored to a limited timeframe. The workshop aims to help participants understand the importance of slowness, mindfulness, and being present—both with oneself and with others—in Marina Abramovic’s work. The workshop is divided into six distinct phases. During each phase, participants are encouraged to speak as little as possible so they can focus on their sensations, their breathing, and their surroundings, in a form of meditation and introspection.
