And what a trap, my friends! Nothing but good and tasty in this establishment which honors the Lorraine cuisine, by sublimating the typical products of the soil: sweetbreads with morels, dandelion salad, frog legs, beef tournedos, "bouchée à la reine", without forgetting the delicious Lorraine delicatessen... And for the fish lovers, it is impossible not to fall for the famous "salade océane" composed of salmon, perch, red mullet, gambas and fresh scallops!
