The Moulin des trois épis offers two types of artisanal flour: the classic and the Briochette. They are made from wheat grown directly on the farm. A wheat with nutritional and taste qualities of the highest order.

It's simple: each grain has its own taste, which makes the flours unique. Semi-complete durum wheat pasta is also awarded the MOSL quality label. It is made from durum wheat (from the farm) and water, and is known for its high quality nutritional content and digestive properties.
