Direct purchase from the producer in MACHEREN : Salt meats, awarded with the Label Qualité MOSL.
The farm raises Limousin breed animals fed without GMOs, and is very attentive to the daily care of the animals. The farm guarantees the traceability of all its meat. Directly from the farm to your plate: MOSL Quality labelled beef in boxes and by the kilo, sausages for grilling and charcuterie (fuseau, dry sausages, beef terrine).
