The Unis pour la Terre association invites you to come and discover the wild edible plants of this magnificent forest, through a pleasant walk in the middle of the Spicheren forest.
In spring, delicious young shoots appear as the trees begin to leaf out. Many flowers also bloom, making aromatic or medicinal herbal teas.
The medicinal virtues of the plants observed are described, as are the recipes for the herbal teas. But there are also poisonous plants, which you need to learn to recognize.
Come and discover the treasures of the Spicheren forest in spring, during this rejuvenating and highly instructive outing!
