L'étape du Graoully: a new cyclosportive starting from the Arènes de Metz!
Entirely organized by VS2M, this new event aims to become a sporting and convivial event for cycling enthusiasts, in the heart of Metz. The choice of the Arènes de Metz for the start and finish is in keeping with the tradition of major cycling events that have left their mark on the city, notably the Tour de France.
Conceived by cyclists for cyclists, L'Étape du Graoully will take participants along some of the region's most emblematic roads, used for years by Metz cyclists during their outings and training sessions. The routes have been designed to offer a demanding sporting experience while highlighting the region's characteristic landscapes and relief.
Two routes will be proposed to allow everyone to take up their challenge:
A course of around 70 km - 700 m ascent, ideal for testing yourself and enjoying a great sporting outing.
A more demanding route of around 130 km - 1,600 m ascent, for cyclists looking for a real challenge.
On arrival at the Metz Arena, participants will find a friendly welcome village with partners, food trucks and a relaxation area. A great place to meet up, share and extend the day in a warm atmosphere.
To guarantee top-quality organization and an optimal experience for all participants, the event will be limited to 400 runners.
