Outing proposed by ANAB (Association Nature Alsace Bossue), led by Gilles Weiskircher and Marie Claire Le Borgne, herbalist.
Guided walk through the Zetting forest.
Presentation of the forest ecosystem, a meadow and local environmental stories. Influence of climate change on forests. Presentation of several wild forest plants and the role of the forest as a carbon sink and green and blue network.
The outing takes place on a forest and tarmac path only, no picking. Oral instruction on respect for flora and fauna.
Flat terrain, no particular difficulties, gradient approx. 100 m.
Walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing required.
