- A Walk for the 5 Senses – Forest Bathing for children, accompanied by an adult.
Come share a special family moment in the heart of the forest. Led by Muriel Heymes, a sophrologist, children and adults will set out together to discover nature through fun, sensory activities.
Throughout the walk, everyone will be invited to observe, listen, touch, smell, and explore their surroundings in a new way. This immersive experience fosters a sense of wonder, creativity, and mindfulness, while strengthening the bonds between children and adults.
A rejuvenating break, far from screens and the hustle and bustle of daily life, to reconnect with nature… and share a truly special moment of togetherness as a family.
What to bring: walking shoes, a water bottle, and a scarf. Trail length: 2 km. Difficulty level: easy.
