This countdown also orders moments of stasis, when she could benefit from an infinite amount of time, but only if she gives it up to others. In this way, she tries to cope with this constant threat, juggling her memories in a shifted or sensitive way to better dissect her own condition. Nourished by musical and literary evocations, Ren will shamelessly throw her reflections in the public's face, without filter or restraint. With her, her "moult" as she calls it, but also her telephones and a host of fetish objects whose importance only she knows. From an allegory of the hourglass, she quickly becomes an evocation of the true "me" that lies dormant in each of her at every moment of her young life, if youth is a moment.
