Association Lorraine d'Exploitation et de Modélisme Ferroviaire (A.L.E.M.F.)
A steam train takes you through the green landscapes of the Canner Valley. Volunteers from the Association Lorraine d'Exploitation et de Modélisme Ferroviaire, founded in 1966, operate the railway line from Vigy to Hombourg-Budange in Moselle through the verdant Canner Valley. The Association owns the entire railroad line and infrastructure, with the exception of the Hombourg-Budange terminus, which is leased to RFF. On this former railroad line, a tourist train runs with old railway equipment dating from the early 20th century to the 1950s.
