Our farm has been located in Havange since the 18th century. We are cereal farmers and pig breeders. Since 1986, we have developed a direct sales activity of Lorraine charcuterie. We offer a range of 90 delicatessen products made on the farm, from our pig farm fed with grain from our fields, guaranteed without GMOs.

Who said that pigs were table scraps? Here at the Brier farm, the breeders are keen to offer their animals a healthy, home-made diet. Everything is produced on site, wheat, barley, colza, sunflower and flax, for a good development. Straw and slatted floors are their home for unparalleled well-being. These little pigs are fattened in a reasoned way with two meals to obtain a regular and slow growth, favourable to a mature meat.
