Brasserie Papyllon is first and foremost a family story that has lasted for almost 100 years, but it is also and above all a genuine passion for one of the finest professions there is: that of brewer. The local approach, as close to nature as possible (no added chemicals or flavourings), combined with a hefty dose of innovation and creativity, is particularly noteworthy: in fact, the result has just been validated as MOSL quality!
