We produce a variety of organic fruit and vegetables in season: tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, apples, carrots, courgettes, radishes, beetroot, beans, peas, turnips, cabbages, cucumbers, potatoes, lettuce, spinach, mesclun salads, squash and herbs, onions, leeks, garlic, shallots.

Direct purchase from the producer in BROUVILLER : Salt meats, Fruit, Vegetables, awarded with the Label Organic farming, Qualité MOSL.
Our growing methods are inspired by permaculture and agroforestry. These "techniques" are very little used in the professional world. The soil is always protected by plant mulch and never worked.
