This Moselle Passion site of the Moselle Department includes 12 ponds, including the largest fish pond in France. Fish: carp, pike, perch, zander, tench, catfish, crayfish. All the production has MOSL and Organic Agriculture approvals.

Practical information

Direct purchase from the producer in LINDRE BASSE : Organic produce, Fish, awarded with the Label Organic farming, Qualité MOSL.
The Lindre pond has existed since the Middle Ages, where carp were reared to compensate for the many lean days imposed by the Church. It is currently the largest fish farm in France. Today, fish farming is still practised in an extensive and traditional way with about 80 tons of organic fish produced per year. It is possible to buy fish directly from the Domaine de Lindre on reservation.
