Latifa Laâbissi revisits Mary Wigman's Witch's Dance, transforming this solo of "expression" into a stretched, hypnotic experience. She slows down, distorts and dilates the original dance, inspired by Wigman's beloved figures of the witch and the priestess. With Écran somnambule, Laâbissi creates a work in which the body becomes memory and ritual, performed here in dialogue with Louise Nevelson's sculptural environments.
Free admission on presentation of the day's exhibition ticket.
