The farm initially offered milk, meat and cereals, but Virginie Georges decided to take on the challenge of producing her own cheese. This is how De la Ferme Aux Fromages was born.

Practical information

Direct purchase from the producer in BENESTROFF : Dairy produce, awarded with the Label Qualité MOSL.
You can find fresh cheeses made from raw milk with herbs, faisselle, white cheeses, Benezartare and young or mature tommes, plain or flavoured with wild garlic, nettles, mustard seeds etc... for sale directly in their shop. The farm shop is open during the odd week on Fridays and Saturdays.
