At the head of this bakery, Vincent Nagelschmit has a wealth of experience, having discovered the trade at the age of 16 during an apprenticeship. He is also President of the Fédération patronale de la boulangerie et boulangerie-pâtisserie de la Moselle. As such, he represents the voice of the region's craftsmen and protects the know-how symbolized by the Moselle baguette sold at the Monneren bakery and delivered to the Kédange-sur-Canner secondary school.
