Discover the "Les Gryphées" and "Septentrion" cuvées, great whites made from typical Moselle grape varieties, but aged in very different ways. Also worth discovering are Pylae blanc (pinot gris) and Pylae rouge (pinot noir), matured in barrels made from wood from the nearby Lessy forest. This is the only vineyard in Moselle to benefit from a "château". It is also one of the largest in terms of surface area and one of the most professional in terms of operation.
