Before it became the La Terrasse restaurant, this incredible building was home to an iconic restaurant in the region: "Le Bistrot d'Albert". Not wanting to see this local landmark disappear, two friends, children of the Fensch, decided to take over the restaurant to create a new place to live and eat.
