A true institution in the Metz region, the building stands in the centre of the village of Delme. The establishment has been run by the François family since the 1950s and in 2016, it is the third generation, with Thomas and Laura, who are taking up the challenge of carrying on the family tradition.

A clean, bright and luminous dining room overlooking the aromatic garden is the setting.
On the plate, it's a modern cuisine, focused on vegetables. A few years ago, Thomas decided to start producing his own vegetables, to give concrete expression to his desire to offer his customers quality.
