Claude Sontag looks after the 4 hectares of Auxerrois, Muller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir vines. He offers the best to his visitors: wines that have often won awards, but also gourmet services in the reception room of his cellar.

In less than half a century, three generations of "Sontags" have run the family estate in Contz-les-Bains, near the Moselle, in the north of the department. It is Claude who looks after the 4 hectares of Auxerrois, Muller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir vines. A special mention for his Pinot Gris, a wine that captivates from the outset by the intensity of its nose with hints of dried fruit. And a new flagship wine: Les Blasons, a blend of typical AOC
Moselle: 50% Auxerrois, 30% Pinot Gris, 20% Muller-Thurgau.
