Direct purchase from the producer in WOIPPY : Spirits, awarded with the Label Qualité MOSL.
The distillery offers mirabelle plum eau de vie (the fruit comes from Prévaucourt), pear eau de vie (the fruit is picked in the Durance valley near Lac de Serre Poncon) and cherry eau de vie (the fruit comes from Côte Marion in Vigneulles les Hatonchatel).
Quince eau de vie is made from natural, non-additive fermentation. Mirabelle plum vinegar, which is highly aromatic, is made from fermented mirabelles, also with no additives.
You can find our products at "Magasin Vert" and "Point Vert" outlets, as well as in certain delicatessens and wine shops.
