Seven years after joining Pierre Maucourt's distillery near Metz, Mélanie took over the business. Fruit picked directly from the garden at the height of the season. Managing the orchards and distilling the fruit, as well as refining and blending the spirits right through to bottling, guarantees consistent quality.
