Convinced of the merits of his project, Mathias Jérôme founded Les Jardins Totem, an urban farm that gives pride of place to micro-pods, mushrooms, wheatgrass and other edible flowers. He has received MOSL quality accreditation for his live micro-pods in trays on an organic substrate, grown indoors.
