A cow farmer and cereal producer for their animals, the Ferme des Grands Vents produces many cheeses from the milk of their cows. Fromage blanc, faisselle, hard cheeses, plain yoghurts, these cheeses are sold at the farm twice a week or on the surrounding markets.
