The principle of the farm is simple and clever: the land dedicated to market gardening is prepared by the pigs before sowing and planting, which allows to aerate and enrich the soil. In the same way, the fruit trees provide the shade and minerals necessary for the growth of vegetables, spices and other roots. The products on sale are all from certified organic agriculture: pork and sausages, vegetables and fruit.
