It is on one of these recipes that the Rhubilor team has based its three types of wine. The "dry", with no residue, is described as a wine for gourmets and is distinguished by its character. The "moelleux" is subtle and fruity. Finally, the "pétillant" reveals a more explosive side between acidity, mellowness and rhubarb flavour. These different wines are monitored and analysed by an oenologist. They are pressed in Chambrey and vinified in Dieuze.
