The herd's feed (hay, cereals) comes exclusively from the farm and, according to the principle of suckler cow breeding, the calves are allowed to stay with their mothers for several months. This philosophy has now been rewarded, as the beef, sausages and parcels cut up and processed directly on the farm have been approved.
