Our herd consists of 7 cows of the Brunes des Alpes and Holstein breeds. Our cows are fed only hay and pasture with supplements guaranteed without GMOs. We produce various cheeses made from raw cow's milk (fromage frais, tomme, soft cheese, fromage blanc, etc.) Dairy products: fromage frais, Tomme, Feta cheese, Sarrois reblochon, fromage blanc, délice de la Sarre.
