The LORCA agricultural cooperative, with two farming partners, currently produces 70 tonnes of field vegetables in Moselle.
Practical information
Direct purchase from the producer in LEMUD : Vegetables, awarded with the Label Qualité MOSL.
Its aim is to develop Moselle production in this sector, supplying local school canteens with 100% local, nutritious and environmentally-friendly produce. MOSL carrots, celeriac, white cabbage and red cabbage are just a few examples.
